"Lessons learned" is a misnomer or insufficient in its language.

Here are some better options to consider:

1. Lessons forgotten

2. Lessons documented

3. Lessons for that other team

4. Lessons no one has time to review

5. Lessons no one has time to implement

6. Lessons we will re-write every other year

7. Lessons we will wish we implemented

8. Lessons no one really cares about

9. Lessons that cost us money

10. Lessons for the PM's files

11. Lessons without budget

12. Lessons we ignored

13. Lessons we deny

We have to do more than just LEARN of their existence or what's the point?
