I'm on a mission to create a digital solo business while travelling the world by bike.
Today I just felt like quitting. Once again.

I've taken a 2 months break from travelling. Next week I plan to hit the road again.
But somehow all of the self-doubt, loneliness and tiredness hit me again this morning.

I just wished to be back in my "normal" life. The one I had before I started.

These 3 questions got me back on track:

Would you REALLY want to go back right now?

I'm not doing this because I'm the best at it.

I'm not the smartest, most confident and sportive guy out there.
I'm not the most disciplined person with a long track record of successes.
I'm not a natural at writing, coaching, online marketing and what not.

I just can't find a way to fit into our standard constructs again.

I want to proof to myself that there is an alternative. And help others do the same.

So even in my weakest hours, I just can't really imagine going back to "normality".

What's the worst thing that could happen?

If none of this works out, what will my life look like?

I'll be completely broke, out of a job and publicly embarrassed.
I'm actually working hard on the last one with this post.
Luckily I won't live on the street due to social systems in Germany.

And I'm still confident that I will find a job again.

I could still go back to a "normal" life later. After I really tried.

How will you feel if you succeed and live your dream life?

Luckily I already did some test drives of my dream life. It was awesome!

2 weeks in Slovenia, 1.5 months in Valencia, 2 months in Mallorca.
Slowly increasing the test periods. While incorporating learnings.
And I plan to continue to live my dream life while I create it!

Well, I call myself Agile for a reason!

This last one did the trick for me. How could I not continue trying?

My learning from it?

Don't postpone living your dream life. Test drive it as soon as possible. Get addicted to it.

Because once you have tasted it - that's what will keep you going!
