How I'm Getting Out of a Rut Using This 4-Step Extreme Monk Mode Protocol

I have a confession: In the past few weeks, my sleep schedule has been all over the place, I've wasted hours every day scrolling social media, skipped my morning routine, and not done anything even remotely productive.

Today, while scrolling, I came across this new monk mode protocol by Hamza. It was a 4-step system based on military-grade discipline. Today is Day Zero. I'll be starting this protocol tomorrow and continue till the end of this year. Here's the protocol that I'll be following:

Step 1: Set 1-3 Clear, Achievable Goals: My goals for the protocol are: 1. Get an A+ grade, 2. Grow my Twitter to 1000 followers, 3. Heal my training injuries.

Step 2: Cut out all distractions: I'm going to cut out 100% of the bad habits from my life, not leaving even a "small" amount left. I'll only use Youtube and Twitter for productive purposes and never scroll mindlessly.

Step 3: Change your Basic Attack: Your Basic Attack is what you do by default when you are free, just like in video games. I'm setting my Basic Attack to either reading or watching full-length self-improvement podcasts whenever I'm free.

Step 4: The Single Task Rule: If you could only do one single task to achieve each of your goals, what would it be? I've chosen 3 tasks - Daily Retrieval Practice, Publishing One Atomic Essay Every Day, and Daily Visualization.

Mark my words: By the end of this year, I'll be a completely different person.
