What 7 days of Training Have Taught Me
The past week I have trained consistently for at least 5 minutes, and it’s been a nice lesson. For some, a week it’s just too short, and for others can be the starting point of something that will transport them to other areas of life.
Here are my 3 takeaways:
You make the time - it’s so easy to fall back (I did on day 5 with my atomic essay but didn’t post it, but here we are back in the game) that you have to put this sacred time on your calendar to make it happen.
It’s simple if you decide to - you don’t need to kill yourself at the gym for 2 hours a day, in 5 minutes you can do 60 squats and that will do the trick, and over time, a massive change.
Leave in daily tight compartments - My goal is to finish 30 days without skipping one, not to become the biggest fitness influencer, for that, I leave in daily compartments to make sure I get to hit the goal at hand.
It takes a tiny amount of time and big patience to do this, it’s been only 7 days but the output is priceless. I can't wait to finish this and keep going for more. This mind shift is life-changing, and I hope it does the same for you.
