There is a dead-simple framework you can use to figure it out.

This framework was created by the one and only Alex Hormozi

And it's called the 3Ps framework,

Let's walkthrough it:

1. Pain

A business can be born from something you had to personally overcome.

Think of a pain you experienced in your life.

How did you solve it?

Now take the solution and turn it into a business.

If you felt that pain, chances are someone else is too.

2. Profession

A business can be born from what you do for work or what you've done in the past.

Take what you learn from your profession and create a business around it.

Any skill that you do in a business, you can teach to others as a consultant.

This is your business.

3. Passion

A business can be born from the things you are interested in.

- Podcasts you listen to

- Books you read

- Videos you watch

If you are into something, someone else is to.

Identify your passion

Become an expert in it

Start building a business
