Without them, you'll make mistakes and confuse the reader.

Both of which take from your credibility.

I would:

- Take a writing course

- Learn basic grammar

- Write & get feedback

It's about saying the right thing to the right person.

And the only way to do that is to research their:

- Problems

- Questions

- Roadblocks

- Desired results

Then take that & use it in your copy.
