Lessons From Writing 100 Days In A Row
Cody Dakota Wooten, C.B.C.

I have always wanted to be good at writing.

When I was younger I would try to write fantasy stories, and as I got older my focus has become Legendary Leadership.

However, nothing ever really stuck.

I was always inconsistent, had trouble coming up with ideas of what to write, and always faltered.

I could write well for school assignments, but whenever I had to come up with what to write myself, I struggled.

A year ago, if you told me that I would be writing every day for 100 days in a row, I'm not sure I would have believed it.

But as of today, I am now at 100!

Here's what I have learned -

➼ Good Structures help A LOT

➼ I have WAY more to write about than I imagined!

➼ It gets easier the more you write

➼ Writing has been a GREAT way to get into Flow States easily

➼ Clearing what's in my mind helps me mentally

➼ I get a lot of enjoyment out of writing

➼ When you struggle, find a Mentor that's spectacular

➼ Getting ideas out has created more Focus

➼ I have gotten better Clarity in expressing my ideas

➼ Having enough information coming into my head helps

➼ Current events in Leadership show how much more is needed

➼ Tools can help when you're stuck

➼ Consistency has been really beneficial in developing my skills

➼ Having the right reasons to do things makes it easier

Have fun every once in a while, not everything has to be super serious

➼ Understand your priorities and focus on them

➼ My HRV tends to improve while Writing (likely coinciding with the Flow state)

I'm sure there's more in there that I have forgotten, but this is a pretty good list for the first 100 days.

Here's to another 100, and beyond!
