There are a lot of books about Productivity.
And I've read a lot of them.
But the best book on Productivity I've found is The One Thing by Gary Keller.
For a few reasons:
Reason #1: Focus on Simplicity
By focusing on one priority at a time, it offers a straightforward, actionable strategy for achieving productivity, which is often lacking in other complex productivity systems.Reason #2: The Focusing Question
The "What's the ONE thing I can do...?" question is a game-changing tool that can be applied to any area of life.Reason #3: Debunking Productivity Myths
The book challenges common misconceptions like multitasking, the need for work-life balance, and the belief that all tasks are equally important.Reason #4: Actionable and Practical
"The One Thing" provides tangible strategies like time blocking, focusing on high-leverage activities, and building habits that align with long-term goals.Reason #5: Universal Applicability
The principles in the book are not limited to a specific field or profession—they apply to anyone looking to improve their results, whether in business, relationships, health, or personal growth.
If you are at all interested in Productivity, I can't recommend this book enough.
(And if you've read it, do you agree? What other book would you recommend for someone who neds to focus on productivity?)
