3 years ago, I met Bill "Superfoot" Wallace.
If you don't know who he is, he was a World Kickboxing Champion, movie actor, and former bodyguard to Elvis Presley.
At 76 years old (at the time) Bill was funny, charming, and above all, still able to perform the splits! At the seminar, one of the participants asked what the secret to his flexibility was.
"You gotta stretch every day." He said.
But this lesson isn't just about the splits.
It's about working towards your goals every day.
Even if it doesn't seem to be getting you anywhere. I promise you, it is getting you somewhere.
And it's a little more than yesterday. But not as much as tomorrow.
