How to Come Up with a Unique Offer

Use Alex Hormozi's Product Delivery Cheat Codes

After identifying a list of problems, the next step is finding ways to solve them for your clients, right?

They don't want you to just remind them of their problems and leave them hanging.

That's like showing someone a locked door and walking away without offering the key.

But how can you come up with solutions that your clients can't say no to?

Alex Hormozi has the answer (again!).

Let me walk you through some examples:

In my previous post, I have given you examples as these:

• Adding a source of lean protein (like chicken, fish, or tofu) to my meals is hard and confusing. I won't like it, and I will suck at it.

• Adding a source of lean protein takes too much time to prepare and plan.

• Adding a source of lean protein is expensive. It's not worth the extra cost.

• I will not be able to add a source of lean protein because I travel frequently and can't always access healthy options.

Now, what would be the potential solutions?

---

Problem 1: Adding a source of lean protein (like chicken, fish, or tofu) to my meals is hard and confusing. I won't like it, and I will suck at it.

Solutions:

• Personalized Meal Plan Creation: I'll design simple, customizable meal plans based on your favorite foods, helping you incorporate lean proteins without overwhelming you.

• Cook-Along Sessions: I can walk you through cooking lean proteins live via video calls, so you get hands-on experience while I guide you.

---

Problem 2: Adding a source of lean protein takes too much time to prepare and plan.

Solutions:

• Batch Cooking Sessions: I can organize a virtual batch cooking session where I show you how to prep your weekly proteins in under 1 hour.

• Prep Kit Delivery: I’ll arrange for a “protein prep kit” to be delivered to you, including pre-cooked, ready-to-eat proteins that you can just heat and eat.

---

Problem 3: Adding a source of lean protein is expensive. It's not worth the extra cost.

Solutions:

• Budget-Friendly Protein Shopping List: I’ll provide a grocery shopping list focused on the most affordable, high-protein items (like canned tuna, beans, or eggs).

• Bulk-Buying Group: If you're interested, I could organize a group to purchase lean protein in bulk at wholesale prices.

---

Problem 4: I will not be able to add a source of lean protein because I travel frequently and can't always access healthy options.

Solutions:

• Travel-Friendly Protein Pack: I can assemble a pack of travel-friendly, non-perishable proteins (like jerky, protein bars, and nuts) and have it delivered to your home or hotel before you travel.

• Restaurant Guide for Travelers: I’ll provide a personalized guide for protein-rich meals at chain restaurants or airport spots.

---

How did I come up with these potential solutions?

I used Alex Hormoiz's Product Delivery Cheat Codes.

He explains this in detail in his book: "$100M Offers: How To Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No."

Here are the 6 categories of questions to consider when developing your delivery:

1. Will you offer one-to-one, small group, or one-to-many solutions?

2. Will you offer DIY (Do It Yourself), DWY (Done With You), or DFY (Done For You) solutions?

3. What kind of medium will you use? Live sessions, phone, email, chat, Zoom?

4. What form of delivery will you provide? Recorded audio, video, or written content?

5. How quickly can you respond to your clients’ questions or needs? 24/7, 9-5, or within an hour?

6. If clients are willing to pay you 10x your price, what additional value would you provide? Or, if they only paid you 1/10th of your price, how would you ensure they still achieve their dream outcome?

By using these cheat codes, you'll generate solutions you've never thought of before.
