Today I have created multiple automated social account machines that makes money for me passively automated.

Like all of you, I started at zero 10 years ago.

Back then, I just wanted to grow more followers and have an audience, figuring that this was like real estate, that as long as I owned the real estate, I could eventually build on it.

But, over time, I realized it’s better to monetize from day 1.

Looking back, if I was to start at zero today, here's what I'd do:

Step 1: Have a Product

- Have a product to sale from day 1, the most profitable social accounts are usually very authentic about what they sale and why it it’s beneficial to the audience, rather then one day transforming into a sales account.

- Make sure the product is a solution that the target audience would pay for, and brainstorm what type of audience would want this product

- You can either build the product or affiliate sale someone’s product

Step 2: Test the product with an paid ad and content

Paid ads on social platform gives you back all the data you need: sales, conversion rates, and viral rate that helps you nail your product market fit, target audience demography and type of content to produce.

Step 3: Build social channels to build an audience of target user with content that could either be curated or original.

Finally, finish with this.

- Make sure the content you build to market is not reliant to a certain person, as it would make it impossible to be automated and have longevity.

- The content you create should have a high viral structure with simple variables so it is repeatable without having start from 0 on a consistent basis.

A example of this would be be a summary of sport games as a list.

The list and timely matter allows it to be always viral, and there are always new games playing everyday. This allows viral content to be consistently published without having creativity overload and burnout. I could give examples of automated social machines in the comment if people want to ask about it.

- Build a team of 1-3 people, usually a creative (writers, photographer) and a technical (post production, website, editing) that allows this content to be produced automated.

It's not easy, but it is simple.
