Filtering Information can decrease stress levels and improve overall health

Thats not a secret that meditation can heal us, but how do we know that it might be true? I watch and read tons of information and to a big surprise non of this information is useful until you use it on practice. You can be the smartest person on earth, but whats the point if you cannot share your experience with others or feel it on your own skin?

The more information we consume the more we get tired and frustrated in our daily life. The more sources we rely on, the more confused we become. The sources of information first of all should be verified by author. Its the same thing as writing a book about how to become a millionaire without being one. Just recently Ive come to the conclusion that it is just the best approach to stay with couple of sources with information at a time, meaning that you pick one book which you are interested in, or no more then two and finishing it. Or you pick smth that you feel is right for you and second of all trying it out on yourself. We cannot consume information without practising it or surround ourselves with tons of information at the same time, it just keeps us in a big anxiety because of different opinions of authors and makes us confused and stressed out.
