Оjust recently I realize, as more far you are from the understanding where exactly in your life you are right now, more closer you are to depressive states and anxiety. For a person it is very important to understand who I am, what i do, and what is the sense of my life.
For that, I could provide you with the list of questions you can ask yourself to find out where you stand at this time, what your goals, what are those things that you truly love?
Questions might differ, but mines were:
-What can i do, and do it good?
-What makes me happy and what - tired?, meaning it drains my energy
- How many hours of sleep does my body need?
- What for me are the most important things?
- What makes me angry?
- What word success means for me?
- Whom I see myself in the near future, what characteristics do i have?
- What I truly think about myself?
- What Im scared of?
Again, it might differ, depending what you are aming for, but should be a perfect start for you to figure out the sense of your life for the next couple of years, it always changes.
