Stuck on a problem and unable to find the solution? Let your future self be your mentor
Yvonne Gerner

Not sure where to take your business?

Whether you are unclear what your next step should be, or what your niche is or where to find more clients - meditation can help you find out.

How?

In your meditative session you can get access to a future version of you. This person has already achieved what you are currently struggling with.

All you have to do is sit down with them and ask what they did.

3 steps to successfully retrieve information during meditation:

Intention

Before you start get clear on what you want to achieve.

What is the biggest problem you are facing and want help with? Set the intention to meet with your future self that has overcome this problem.

Meditate

Sit down comfortably and focus on your breathing.

You can count down from a number of your liking until you feel calm. Release the thoughts racing through your mind. Imagine walking up to a door and knocking on it.

Your future version is opening the door and asking you in. Sit down with them and ask all the questions you have. Listen careful to what they tell you.

Take notes

When you have gotten all the information for you to move forward, thank them and open your eyes.

Take notes as soon as you are done. Write down everything you can remember, even if it does not make sense at this point.

You might have received clear action steps you can take. It might have been a mindset shift that will allow for more information to come through later.

You can do this as often as you like. It's not like they will grow tired of you asking. You can do this for any problem you face - personal or professional.

Your subconscious mind holds so much information - why not use it to your advantage?
