Take Their Money by Kyle Milligan is the best book I've ever read on Copywriting.
If you've read it, then you know exactly what I'm talking about.
But if you haven't, here's why:
Reason #1: Focus on the Basic
If you ask Steph Curry what it took to get to be the MVP of the NBA...
He'll tell you to master the basics through repeated consistent practice. Truth is, if you want to make it in Copywriting, you have to master the basics of Copy.
This means studying/reading the top-performing ads, writing a piece of copy, and coming up with an idea.
Reason #2: Learn The 4 Emotions(NESB) of Copywriting
Copywriting's main goal is to have your reader become invested in your product.
Learning how to tap into the prospects' emotional side is vital. Understanding how to trigger these emotions in your writing will elevate your game.
Develop this knowledge to infuse these emotions into your writing.
Reason #3: Understand the Patterns
Learning how to recognize patterns, gives you the ability to see behind the text.
All top-performing ads have a similar pattern to each other. These patterns will help you recognize what is missing from your writing.
Like a symphony played by an orchestra, you are the conductor of the copy you're writing.
Reading this book will help you understand the matrix.
I can't recommend this book enough.
