Helping introverts to realise their quiet advantages in company.

Odd One Out? 3 Reasons Why Introverts Can Often Feel Left Out

Feeling the odd one out is the loneliest feeling.

it makes you question who you are, what's wrong with you and why you aren't like the rest.

Being introverted can make you feel a square peg in round hole when you're unaware of its full scope. But when you can appreciate the qualities of your personality, the world opens up, and presents you different opportunities.

As an introverted personality professional, I'm on a mission to help all quiet types understand themselves and their needs better.

Depth of conversation needs

Introverts love talking in depth on subjects that have long interested them. They'll happily take one deep conversation over 100 snippets of small talk. (Comment below if you agree with this!)

Time to think

Introverts prefer to think things through before talking. Extroverts are the opposite which means that animated conversations move on before introverts can add their thoughts, thus leaving them feel unheard and deflated.

Social needs

Introverts do best when everyone fits around a table for 4. any more than that and they default into listening mode and struggle to get their voice heard. These encounters are also draining for the average introvert.
