Why it's ok that we might not make a great team.

It doesn’t matter how interested you are in implementing IBC.

You will be let down if you don’t find the right agent to team up with.

We might make a good team, but we might not.

That’s ok because I know I’m not meant to work with everyone.

Here’s a quick litmus test to know if we’d work well together.

We will make a good team if:

•You are dedicated to improving yourself.

•You believe in lifelong learning.

•You tend to show up with a positive mindset.

•You want to take control of your own life and finances.

I want to help improve my teammates and surround myself with people who want the same.

Helping others realize the power of working on themselves and getting clear on core principles, purpose, and cause energizes me.

On the contrary, we won’t make a good team if:

•You think you’ve “made it,” and personal development is a waste.

•You believe education was over once you graduated.

•You tend to show up with a negative mindset.

•You want someone to manage your life and finances.

None of these traits are necessarily good or bad.

But if we team up, many of our discussions will center around the 1st set of characteristics.

So, if that sounds terrible, we wouldn’t make a good team.

Do these things matter when you’re looking to team up with someone?
