We know your lazier self always wants rest more than what your body requires.

But do we give it what it wants?

No.

It’s time to listen to your aware and ambitious self. One who works really hard for its goals, who have no intention to miss the day but missed it due to circumstances not under control.

Don’t let a single miss drain your mental energy to miss another day.

Here’s the strategy to prevent psychological guilt. I steal it from Sahil Bloom.

Never skip more than two days in a row.

Quite simple and effective.

Pick up a calendar. Never let two blocks to come together. Always maintain gap.
