However, I’ve spent 17 years reading, studying, and applying frameworks like Whole Brain Thinking, Human Design, and the Enneagram to understand how people think, decide, and engage.

And I’ve probably spent thousands of hours practicing these principles—working with leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs to help them communicate, lead, and influence more effortlessly.

How I First Got Interested in Human Behavior and Influence

Early in my career as an Executive Coach, I noticed something strange.

Two clients could present the same vision and strategy to their team, but only one would get their team fully on board, engaged, and ready to take action.

Session after session, I found myself drilling into not just what they said, but how they said it—how they framed their message, built rapport, paced their audience’s energy, adapted their approach, and managed their own presence.

I was already obsessed with understanding human behavior to help my clients achieve bigger goals, but influence—being so intangible—pushed me to go deeper. I became even more driven to uncover the energy behind our words and actions and, more importantly, make it accessible.

Because at its core, influence is simply the ability to align human behavior with an idea, a vision, or a goal. The better you understand people, the easier it becomes to create real impact.
