People often think you need to have been there to help someone get there.
I’ve built my entire career proving that’s not true.
I was an Executive Coach before I had ever been an executive myself.
Which meant I didn’t have a title or past experience to lean on—I had to rely on my own ability to influence.
And yet, I built a sought-after coaching and consulting business, working with top leaders and their teams for over a decade—without a massive social media following, a complicated marketing strategy, or chasing visibility.
Because what I did was different.
For years, leaders turned to me when they were tired of advice that sounded good in theory but fell flat in execution.
They were done hearing:
❌ "Be more strategic." (But no one explains how to shift from tactical to strategic thinking.)
❌ "Just be confident." (As if confidence is something you can decide to have overnight.)
❌ "Have more executive presence." (But what does that actually look like in action?)
❌ "Communicate your vision better." (Even though they were already crystal clear.)
Because in reality, they were still struggling with:
🔹 People tuning them out or second-guessing their leadership.
🔹 Struggling to get buy-in from teams and decision-makers.
🔹 Feeling like they had to work twice as hard to be taken seriously.
They didn’t need more vague advice.
They needed to understand the energetics of their interactions—the invisible forces shaping whether people leaned in, tuned out, or bought in.
This is what creates effortless influence.
👉 In Part 2, I’ll share how I made influence measurable, tangible, and effortless using Energy Syncing™—so instead of trying harder to be heard, you can start making every interaction work in your favor.
