I am doing the Ship 30 for 30 challenge. Here are a few reasons why:

1) As a 41-year-old man, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD. My thoughts are messy. Writing cleans up my thinking. So, I hope that this challenge helps me clarify my thoughts.

2) The biggest lie I tend to believe is that I don't have anything to offer. Sure, I speak, coach, and lead workshops all over the world, but I have virtually zero presence online. Lame I know. Today I am recognizing that lie, rejecting it, and replacing with the truth. I'm no longer going to let that hold me back.

3) I have been called to activate and pour courage into the leaders around me online and in my local city.

4) The time is now.

Over the next 30 days, I will be sharing the lessons I have learned about life and leadership through the lens of my coaching philosophy FUN.GROW.WIN.

I need your help. I'm usually the one rooting other people on. I need your encouragement and feedback as I take this journey. Tell me I can do, that you believe in me, that I have something to offer.
