I talked to a friend this week and left so inspired.

My friend, let's call him "Sean," and I met years ago. He had struggles. One quality I admire about him is the massive action he applies toward his interests.

We'd fallen out of regular contact.

When we finally caught up, I was amazed, bummed, then inspired. Amazed because he had cracked the code on his personal development. He uncovered the recipe that worked for him.

Now he was refining it.

Bummed because I didn't feel like I had the same 10x growth story. Realizing that was comparison nonsense, I immediately slid into inspiration. One bright inspiration was how Sean had found and refined in many aspects of his life very fundamental habits.

Basics.

Simple, cheap, and effective changes that, over time, led to his transformation. He's now healthier, wealthier, and wiser for it. He still has challenges and changes he wants to make.

I'm excited to see what he does next.
