Everyone struggles with overthinking.
Especially when it comes to starting a newsletter.
For months, I hesitated to launch mine.
❌ “What if no one subscribes?”
❌ “What if I run out of ideas?”
❌ “What if my writing isn’t good enough?”
I thought I needed the perfect format, a detailed content plan, and a big audience before I started.
But here’s what changed for me:
💡 I realized that the only way to get better was to start.
As soon as that clicked, I understood that overthinking wasn’t helping—it was keeping me stuck.
Here’s what I should have done instead:
✅ Forget perfection—just hit publish.
Your first emails won’t be perfect. That’s fine. Every great newsletter started small.
✅ Use a simple structure.
Instead of stressing over the format, pick one and stick with it. (Example: One idea, one insight, one CTA.)
✅ Trust that consistency beats everything.
Growth doesn’t come from overthinking—it comes from showing up, learning, and improving over time.
The real mistake isn’t launching imperfectly.
The real mistake is never launching at all.
