This poem helps me go into a light and joyful meditation zone.

Inspired by the awesome teachings of Shifu Forever Wisdom-Forest

Meditation, free from having to search for anything.

The heart takes a rest.

Resting is holding nothing. and nothing is holding us.

Life is constantly changing, so the need to find security disappears.

Let it go, Blind negative emotion heart disappears.

Ah, back to our pure essence,

Here, our observing heart naturally appears.

No need to find wisdom.

From pure observation, we can discover all the wisdom.

Every moment is a chance to awaken if we don't take ourselves so seriously.

Life comes from nothing and disappears back into nothing.

But in the nothing, we can develop everything.

So how wonderful we can develop something from nothing.

Truly, our hearts can feel life again is an illusion.

But an illusion that helps us to learn life is an illusion.

A perfect circle.

Let go of our greedy, selfish heart - A Truly kind heart appears.

Let go of our anger - A truly caring heart appears.

The searching heart, ah let it be - The pure observing heart appears.

Let go of everything so tightly - A free heart appears.

Once all of our blindness disappears, Eternal Wisdom appears.
