Welcome to my little corner of the universe.

The AI trend I care about most is not a single model release.

It is the widening gap between what the technology can do and what organizations are ready to absorb.

The capability curve is moving fast.

The operating model curve is moving slower.

Teams have access to AI, but no clear rules for where it belongs.

They have pilots, but no path to production.

They have governance principles, but no day-to-day operating model.

The question isn't "Can the model do more?" It can.

The real question is: "Can the organization change fast enough to use it well?"

That is a leadership problem, and an implementation problem.
