Schedule Substack Notes and Newsletters
Grow your audience on Substack
Write your newsletter and a week of Notes in one place, schedule both, and see which issues bring subscribers, with Typeshare’s writing, scheduling and analytics tools for Substack.

You do the writing. The robots do everything else.
Writing is thinking, and there is (quite literally) nothing higher leverage than “thinking.”
So spend your time on the ideas. Let the scheduling, formatting and cross-posting take care of themselves.
That’s how you show up every day without living on the feed.

About scheduling on Substack
Can you schedule Substack Notes?
Yes. Substack now lets you schedule a Note from its own composer. Typeshare adds a weekly queue, the same post on X, LinkedIn, Threads and Bluesky, and an agent that drafts Notes from your newsletters.
How do I schedule a Substack Note in Typeshare?
Switch on Substack on the Write page and write the Note (up to 4,000 characters, with images or a video). Click Add to Queue for the next open slot, or choose Schedule for later to pick a day and time.
Why should I schedule Substack Notes?
Notes are how new readers find your newsletter between issues, and posting them every day is the part most writers drop. Writing a week of Notes in one sitting and letting them go out on their own keeps you showing up while you write the next issue.
Can I schedule my newsletter too?
Yes. Write it in the Long Form editor and publish it now, schedule it, add it to your Long Form queue or send it to your Substack drafts. You choose whether it’s emailed to subscribers, whether it’s paid only, and its tags.
Can AI write my Notes?
On All-Access, the Substack Agent writes Notes from your own writing in your Digital Brain, such as your past newsletters. It writes Notes only; your newsletters stay yours.
What should I post as Notes?
The best lines from your newsletters, short takes on what you’re writing next, and questions for your readers. Our guide to what Substack is and how it works covers how Notes bring in subscribers.
What does it cost?
Basic is $19 a month for writing and scheduling. All-Access is $49 a month and adds the agents, including the Substack Agent. Both start with a 14-day free trial.
