Building a calm, focused life as a dad, doctor, and digital storyteller | Sharing systems for parenting, health, and storytelling
Modern education gives you information but not a reason to care.
Many creators make the same mistake.
Your job online isn’t to teach. It’s to make people want to learn.
The shift:
Don’t sell a topic. Sell a transformation.
People follow the story they tell themselves about who they could become.
We’re drawn to writers who name that story—who see our struggle and promise a way through.
When readers think…
This is useful.
This is exactly how I feel.
Finally, someone gets it.
…they stick around.
Make the promise clear.
To move from topic to transformation, define three things:
Point A (Hell): Where the Hero You Serve is now.
Point B (Heaven): Who they want to be.
Vehicle: Your interesting way to get them there.
If you don’t offer an interesting vehicle, you’re a commodity.
Answer:
What is life like for the Hero Your Serve before they find you?
What is life like after they buy your offer?
Then state it in one line:
I help <Hero You Serve> go from <Hell> to <Heaven> through <My Vehicle>.
Example: I help physicians go from burned out and salary-dependent to building a respected brand with real freedom, creativity, and impact—through Persuasive Storytelling.
People should know within seconds whether to swipe left or right.
“Information is not transformation.”- Ian Morgan Cron
