The principal is appreciation, not compensation.

Those stickers you had printed? This is what they are for.

Devs will react negatively if you offer to pay them. It feels like a bribe.

But they do want to feel appreciated. So stickers, t-shirts, coffee mugs, hoodies, socks, or anything with your mascot on it really. Even better if it is emblazoned with “Techincal Advisory Board” so they can show it off.
