The secret I learned after asking dozens of successful CEOs how they scaled their companies

I have spoken to dozens of CEOs who have grown their companies from zero to dozens of employees and millions of euros in turnover.

They all agreed on the role they have had to play in growing their companies.

The important part of their goal is not how they did it but what they did and why.

The goal they all had during their growth was:

Get as much money as possible.

Short and simple: They needed food to help their company grow.

Each CEO approached it differently and adjusted to their specific circumstances but shared the same objective and motivation.

Without money, you can't grow.

They had to adapt their work at each company stage to do so. Some had to develop and program their products initially, then go out and sell them, hire people, create teams, dedicate themselves to sales, etc.

Different roles at different stages but always with a single goal: to make money for the company.

It is essential to understand that the money was not for them. They didn't use it to buy mansions or luxury cars. The money was for the company. They remained austere and humble in their personal lives.

Who needs the money is the company. It is their food.
