HR Pros: Is it Time To Leave Your Toxic Workplace? Here are 7 Signs.

HR PROs - As the pandemic winds down, folks are still leaving bad jobs in droves.

Here are a few signs it may be time to leave your TOXIC WORKPLACE?

1. Your long hours & weekend work go unappreciated or unacknowledged.

2. You're not kept in the loop about important news.

3. Colleagues backstab and don't support each other.

4. Problem people are not confronted about their behavior.

5. Business leaders don't engage HR on important issues.

6. Employees don't trust HR.

And here's the killer...

7. YOUR BOSS is aware of all of the above and does nothing.

What you should do?

Option 1: You can stay & try to drive some change -- but ONLY if you can ENGAGE a highly respected, small group of allies. Do NOT go it alone.

Or...

Option 2: You can start taking tiny steps to GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!

Your choice.

If you choose, Option 2 - don't shoot yourself in the foot.

Don't leave until you have another HR job in hand.

...And don't stay so long that you let the toxic work environment endanger your health and your mental attitude and well being either.

Take care of yourself & your career!

Just sayin'.
