TikTok is an amazing place for exploring topics you're interested in. For me, that topic was ADHD.

Procrastination is about avoiding something that you're capable of doing – you just don't want to do it. Executive dysfunction is about also not being able to do things that you actually want to do.
"It can mean that your hobbies, your projects fall off. It can make you feel like you're not fulfilling your potential. It can cause big feelings of failure and fear of failure."
Meds have helped a lot of us accomplish the unimaginable, such as getting started. This is was just funny.
