READ THAT AGAIN ๐Ÿ‘

Healthy to HELP. Not skinny to SOCIALIZE.

Now letโ€™s chat ab it. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Somewhere along the way, we started treating our bodies like trophies to display or trash cans to dirty instead of gifts from God to steward.

๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I spent DECADES obsessing over my weight, my jeans & dress size, how puffy I looked in pictures, and what other people thought of my body too. I called it being healthy, but so much of it was really about wanting to feel accepted.

โ€œBut doesnโ€™t God want us to take care of our bodies?โ€ ๐Ÿค”

YES! THATโ€™S THE POINT!

Iโ€™m not saying stop lifting weights, rocking Pilates, eating salads, or wanting to look good in those flare jeans back in style ๐Ÿ‘–

Iโ€™m saying letโ€™s change the WHY behind it all.

๐Ÿ’ช Strengthen your body to serve others, not impress them.

๐Ÿฅฆ Nourish your body to fuel your God-given purpose, not shrink it.

๐Ÿง  Renew your mind with Scripture, not another list of perceived flaws.
