My favorite test for AI-edited writing:

"Would I actually say this to a friend over coffee?"

Because you might naturally write, "We need to talk."

But AI changes it to, "It's important to facilitate an authentic dialogue."

Absolutely not 😂

These days, cleaner grammar doesn't automatically mean better writing (crazy right?)

Before accepting an AI edit, read it aloud. If it sounds HR approved, try again.
