❓I often get asked if OKRs can be integrated into Flight Levels®, if sprints can be used with Flight Levels, and if your Agile Release Trains can be integrated into Flight Levels, etc. The answer to all these questions is: Yes!

💡 However, the origin of these questions is a misunderstanding of what Flight Levels is. These questions assume that Flight Levels comes with a box of new roles and procedures that need to be bolted into an organization and replace old ones. This is not the case! Flight Levels® doesn’t impose anything on your company. It takes what’s already there, fills potential gaps, improves dysfunctionalities, and brings everything together into a unified whole.

👉 This is also why Flight Levels is not a method or framework. It is a very actionable approach for modern organizational development.
