Living Adventurously
Malcom Brown

I know I'm at my most unhappiest when I'm comfortable.

I don't think I'm alone with that.

Looking around, I reckon those who have found a comfort zone are the most miserable.

Getting long-term cozy and safe lacks stimulation.

I'm sure we're all designed for growth and if there is no growth, we shrink.

Happiness is looking forward, expecting something, anticipating stuff, desiring more.

We need the ongoing fueling and stimulating sustenance. We need to be creative and productive.

Turning off all the senses and living comfortably doesn't let any of this happen.

No need to act dangerously, just adventurously.
