I love this quote 👇

“I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions.”

― Stephen R. Covey

It speaks directly to one of our Core Values at CHARLESGATE:

𝑰𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒚 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒔 & 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒔.

That means we...

👉 have the confidence to adapt and solve problems
👉 are accountable to results, not tasks
👉 have recommendations ready before asking for help
👉 dig deeper to identify root causes of problems & better solutions
👉 creatively find ways to turn challenges into opportunities
👉 create systems to avoid constraints in the future
👉 don't make excuses
