The Best Way To Get Started Learning About Female Exercise Physiology
Nardia Norman

I love learning about female exercise physiology and women's health in general.

Unfortunately, much information was unavailable when I first got interested in this. Fast forward to today, and you have great resources at your fingertips.

So, if you are trying to learn more about the science of training women, health, and performance here's the best books to get you started (note - this list is a starting point, but I promise you, if you study each of these thoroughly you will gain an outstanding amount of practical wisdom!)

👉🏽 Get these books today:

⚡ Hormones, Health and Human Potential by Dr Nicky Keay

⚡ The Menstrual Repair Manual and The Hormone Repair Manual by Dr Lara Briden

⚡ Roar, and Next Level by Dr Stacy Sims

⚡ The Woman's Brain Book by Dr Stacy McKay

These six books will exponentially accelerate your learning process and, as mentioned, will provide you with a depth and breadth of knowledge that'll boost your confidence.

I highly recommend you order each stat and put yourself on a self-study schedule (and don't worry, they are manageable - each of the authors explains the science in an easy-to-understand way, even if you've no science background).

Or, you can fast-track your learning and learn how to build this knowledge into your business by participating in my Female Health + Performance certification for Fit Pro's

Happy reading.
