I wouldn't call myself an expert in Technology.

However, I have spent 25+ years reading, learning, and practicing Technology (and more recently AI). And I have probably spent well over 10,000 hours using and learning with Technology in my own life.

Here's how I first got interested in Technology:

My journey into technology started during my first year of teaching. Without owning a computer, I’d spend Sundays in the school computer lab, learning as much as I could. When we got internet access, I’d borrow a desktop from my classroom, dial-up modem and all, to explore and practice at home on weekends.

That curiosity led me to become a high school technology teacher and later a technology coordinator, helping others embrace the tools that fascinated me. Those early experiences ignited a lifelong commitment to learning and using technology to enhance both personal and professional growth.

So my goal over the next year is:

I aim to deepen my understanding of technology, AI, and its practical applications in real estate. This aligns with my passion for lifelong learning and my excitement about how technology, especially AI, continues to transform personal and professional growth.
