Building A Personal Brand While Exploring the Impact of Self-Sabotaging Mindset on Professional and Personal Growth.

The 1 Book I'd Recommend To Anyone Who Wants To Overcome Self-Sabotage
Victor Michael

Over the past 3 years, I have read many books on self-sabotaging behaviours.

And while I enjoyed many of those books, and learned a lot, there is a book I'm reading now that I can say truly had a life-changing impact on me:

The Master Guides: Rewire Your Subconscious For Lasting Change by a Compilation of Authors:

Self-help guru Tony Robbins, journalist Charles Duhigg, best-selling author James Clear, holistic psychologist Nicole LePera, and developmental biologist Bruce Lipton.

Some of my biggest takeaways:

  • Understanding why we engage in our current habits

  • What makes it difficult to change them no matter how hard we try

  • How goals will not curb the subconscious mind's threat/safety protocols

  • How to overcome the subconscious mind's resistance to change

  • Modalities to overcome bad habits and adapt new ones

(Of course, the book goes into detail on all of this. But these are my high-level takeaways.)

So, if you are at all interested in Overcoming Your Own Self Sabotage Behaviours, I highly suggest keeping a copy of The Master Guides: Rewire Your Subconscious For Lasting Change. You can find it here:
