Building an AI-first agency isn’t for everyone.

Most people don’t have the guts to let go of control.

I’ve been diving into this world for months now, and along the way, I’ve consumed way too much content:

• A podcast that told me to “start small” (snore).

• A book that romanticised the hustle I’m actively avoiding.

• A founder who said, “Just hire more people” (as if humans are the solution).

If I had to start over, this is the no-BS framework I’d follow to learn how to build an AI-first agency:

Step 1: Destroy your ego.

AI will do most things better than you. Let it. Your perfectionism isn’t a personality trait—it’s a roadblock.

Step 2: Fire yourself daily.

Every time you do a task, ask, “How can I never do this again?” Then automate the hell out of it.

Step 3: Build for laziness.

If you’re not designing a business that runs while you race your dog along a deserted beach, what’s the point?

When you're first starting out, this is all that matters. The rest is noise.
