What I thought would make an accomplished career:
- Earning higher salary & benefits
- Assuming bigger titles & roles
- Working in big reputable companies

What I find actually makes an accomplished career:
- Problems that challenge me for growth & sense of accomplishment
- Working culture that is healthy and psychologically safe
- Leaders who act as coaches and drive me for high performance and personal transformation

Many of us chase the first list—but beware, it usually ends in less career fulfillment.
