As what I learned in Tech Lead Journal episode 119, one of the primary job of a leader is to work more with the invisible domain, which covers psychological safety, dependability, meaning, and trust.

While it is "easier" to put importance and work on the visible domain (goals, KPIs, processes, tools, structure), we shouldn't do it at the expense of the invisible domain.
