Grow with Grace
Isaac Tendo

Give yourself grace. Remember, growth takes time and change requires patience.

When embarking on the journey of self-discovery, it is important to understand that you cannot rush the process. You must respect the laws of sowing and reaping, which is the law of process.

The process is where you are molded, refined, and elevated.

It is crucial to resist the temptation to take shortcuts on your path to becoming who you are meant to be. Shortcuts will only keep the greatness within you trapped.

However, it is also important to leave room for miracles.

Extraordinary things happen when you learn to appreciate the ordinary moments in life. This perspective can only be achieved when you live with grace.

Growth without grace can become a heavy burden. To reach your full potential, you must be willing to surrender to the process. You cannot force growth, but you can align yourself with it.

Grace is about flowing with divine energy. No one has ever truly grown by sheer force alone. To experience rapid growth, you must operate from a place of love rather than fear.

Love yourself now and the person you are becoming.

Give yourself grace knowing you done the best you could at that present moment, and if you would have known better you would have made better choices.

Fear of stagnation is still a form of fear and is not a strong motivator. To unlock the power of grace-driven growth, you must dwell in love. Success comes from being driven by the desire to contribute value, not by avoiding failure.

Love is a more powerful motivator than fear, and grace provides a more conducive environment for growth than constant struggle and striving.

Be Still. Let go. Recieve Direction.

In conclusion, be kind to yourself but remain steadfast in pursuing your goals. With a combination of gentleness and determination, you will thrive with easeful effort.

2024 should be your year of...
Isaac Tendo

Outdoing yourself. Each year, you should aim to exceed anything you did last year.

Compared to what you could be doing to elevate your life, comparison is a waste of energy. So lock in, stay humble, and be better than you were yesterday.

If you did one push-up, dare to do two next time. If you were really kind to your partner, challenge yourself to be more loving the next chance you get.

The point is this: yesterday's achievement becomes today's foundation to build upon. The definition of stagnation is stunted growth. Growth is created when we consistently seek to outdo what we did last time.

Now, I hear you saying, "What if I don’t outdo myself? What if I try and fail?"

This is what you need to remember: average effort encourages an average attitude. Exceptional effort encourages an attitude of excellence.

Success is great. Personal achievement gives life meaning. But all of this can blind you to the beauty of the journey of becoming more.

Yes, you can try to compete against others, but you can't always control that. What you can control is your determination to not stay at the same level in a new year. You must outdo yourself.

Outdo your mindset. Outdo your capacity and grit. Outdo your passion. Resist the urge to coast on an expired season of success. Be ruthlessly obsessed with the desire to excel.

It will not be easy, but when you commit to outdoing yourself, you will gain and discover so much about yourself.

Spiritual Warfare is a Compliment.
Isaac Tendo

The level of warfare indicates the importance and magnitude of your assignment. There wouldn't be so much resistance if you weren't a threat to the kingdom of darkness.

Sometimes the enemy can anticipate the power we carry with greater clarity, so he does everything to make us shrink back. But we can’t be passive about destiny, we have to remember who we are.

The truth is you are a sleeping giant. The power you possess within you is enough to transform the lives of many, now you need to begin to see it for yourself.

God allows adversity to purify, test, and make us stronger, but that can only happen if we maintain the mindset of an overcomer.

The problem is that we listen more to our feelings than we spend time feeding our faith, so we don't obtain the fullness of victory from the battle.

Next time you feel the sting of a spiritual attack - rejoice.

Joy is the default response of those who have made God their refuge.

Remember how you feel is transient but your faith in God is eternal. So what's worth exercising more, your faith or feelings?

Next time you experience a trial see it as an opportunity for an upgrade. David didn’t just slay Goliath, he cut his head, and took possession of his sword.

Could it be that we have seen spiritual warfare incorrectly? Perhaps we are the ones with the unfair advantage to make the enemy regret he ever opposed us.

Presence & Power
Isaac Tendo

Moses told God that he didn’t want to go into promise land without God’s presence.

Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. - exodus 33:15

Jesus told his disciples:

“And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Mathew 28:10

God’s presence is his assurance that he is with us throughout the process of fulfilling our destiny.

Now His power was available to the children of Israel to drive out the giants in the land. Additionally Jesus gave power to his disciples to cast out demons, heal the sick, and even be his witness on the earth.

Here’s the point;

The presence of God is a promise. God will always be with his children through the hills and valleys of life.

But notice the power of God was given to accomplish God’s will on earth. He never assigns you to something that he isn’t willing to empower through.

The power of God is His enablement that’s received by the posture of your heart. Is your heart still self seeking? Then you don’t qualify for great dimensions of power. How can God entrust power to you if you haven’t surrendered your life to accomplish His plan for your life?

Remember:

His presence if for the journey.

But His power is for to fulfill his assignments.

Your responsibility is to cherish His presence

and steward your heart to easily receive his power. May you experience the comfort of God’s presence and fruitfulness of walking in power.

Shedding Off Your Old-Self
Isaac Tendo

On the road of purpose remember that it’s going to take immense strength to shed off a self image that no longer serves your future.

At times the resistance is going to be so strong that you’ll be tempted to cave in and quit on the future self you know you were born to be. But just imagine the wasted potential and possible consequences if you were to choose that path.

Life isn’t easy. Sometimes doubt can creep into mind and paralyse your momentum. But remember this, if you were not on verge of something wonderful do you think that you’d face such challenges?

What if challenges were a sign that you are on the right path? What if success isn’t a life full of ease but a life full of overcoming? What if your higher self requires that you endure so that the gold in you can be purified? Those who are refined by fires of life become qualified to put fires out.

It’s human nature to be grow complacent but that’s not the path to a wonderful life. You have to be willing to die to yourself and come alive to possibilities of who could become if you don’t faint at the sight of adversity.

When you step into new territory there will always be giants occupying the land. But today I want to remind you that you are well able to take hold of the victory and live the dream you’ve always desired. But to attain this, you need lower down the voice of self doubt and amplify the voice of self-belief.

Break The Cycle
Isaac Tendo

There are cycles in your life that make it impossible for you to reach the next level of greatness and growth in your life. These cycles seem to pop up right before a breakthrough.

These cycles originate in the dark forces that resist your progress. These cycles can even be generational or just bad habits that seem hard to break.

Cycles are repetitive patterns and in order to break them down you have to at times use force and change the way you have been operating. What I mean by this is that to break a pattern discipline, determination, and grit will be the forces you need to contend for your next level.

It’s easy to coast by. It’s easy to be complacent and succumb to a mindset of a victim. But let me remind you that you have an ability that makes you more than conqueror. It begins with the way in which you choose to see yourself.

Your mental concept can either hinder you or propel you. See yourself as a giant killer and you will see that the faith you have in yourself will lead you to start acting like one. Our lives will eventually affirm the dominant beliefs we hold about ourselves.

But the good news is that you have the authority and the capacity to change that. God calls you to shatter the cycles that limit you. Yes, he’s even calling you to break the cycle for your generation - but you have to want it fiercely enough to do something different consistently.

There’s beauty in brokenness
Isaac Tendo

Let’s be honest, nobody wants to be broken.

It’s painful. It’s brutal. It’s humbling. But brokenness is the key to transformation.

If you interview anyone successful they will have a season in their life where they felt crushed.

This place has many names such as “dark night of the soul” or “the road less travelled” - whatever you call it, there is beauty that can only be found when you surrender to its process.

The beauty in brokenness is discovered in who you become after the process and never in the middle. That’s a hard truth. But it is the truth that we need to accept.

When you're being broken all you can see and feel is turmoil and so the temptation to quit is so attractive.

The lure to just settle for what you know is so enticing. But the key to getting to the beauty is called endurance.

You have to endure pain to get to the gain. You have to endure the cross to get to the crown. You have to endure the hunger to get to the prize. The muscle you need to flex is the muscle determination.

Without valuing your future more than you value your present this will not be possible. Only those who have a vision of what their life should be develop the tenacity to press on and not quit.

I don’t know about you, but if it takes being broken to discover a new version of myself then I’ll find a way to do whatever it takes.

The Point of No Return
Isaac Tendo

How your dissatisfaction can fuel your dreams.

There comes a time in life when you must refuse to accept the state of your life and resolve to do something about it.

This isn't about always knowing what you're going to do next; it's about saying enough is enough. The days of living below your full potential are over.

The days of standing in the shadows of others, hiding the brilliance of your own light, are over.

Whatever is in your way, whether it's fear, a lack of funds, or mental obstacles, today is the day you get tired of being a slave to your limitations and break free from their shackles of unfulfillment.

Your path to greatness will reveal itself once you decide to stop succumbing to the excuses of your inner critic. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear, as the saying goes. This means that the moment you decide to go all in on your goals, the right tools and resources will appear to assist you in reaching the next level.

Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t live by your external reality, but be driven by your internal belief that you can be more and you can achieve more.

The point of no return is where transformation begins. With the inspiration of vision you can create a new lifestyle that blows your mind. Be hungry. Be committed. Be brave enough to pursue your dreams and become the best version of yourself.

Make or Break?
Isaac Tendo

I'm discovering that when hardship strikes, it's tempting to wallow in self-doubt, but it’s more rewarding to put in the effort to prevail.

Don't get me wrong, feelings are important but in the long run if your feelings keep you stagnant - then it's time to activate your will and fight for the outcomes you truly desire. Adversity is life's way of reforming you. It's a way of testing your character to reveal what you are truly made of.

One thing I have come to discover is that we have a choice of how circumstances define us. You have a choice to whether something breaks you down or lift you up. It starts with a perspective shift.

How do you see yourself? If you view yourself as a victim then you'll always be held bound by the pain that is inevitable in life. But if you view yourself as a overcomer, then you don't deny the pain when it comes but you have the ability to transform the pain into fuel to get you going into your next level.

We are all resourced with the power to choose the direction that our life will take. I know some may struggle with this idea but it's true. Our greatest self will not emerge unless we take full ownership of our life and refuse to give our power to someone or something else.

No one can taint your destiny without your conscious or unconscious consent.

My point in saying all this is simple - when trouble comes your way see it as a blessing in disguise. See it as a test that you will pass. Don't allow yourself to be a prisoner of circumstances when you have to power to free yourself and transcend beyond your limits.
