Tempo-Change
ANOM WARBHUVAN

“If I’d asked my customers what they wanted, they’d have said ‘Don’t change anything.’” -Henry Ford

The most prominent factor which drives tempo change over a period of years is "Why ? ", 'Why it happened ? ' . Why we need to Kickstart change ?

Simple :- People usually avoid changes and prefer to stay in their comfort zones, but I am true believer that once you get the courage and take the first step to change, your life will become much better.

As you progress from child through adulthood to old age, change happens, whether you like it or not. It is corollary of time. .

Socrates portrays , “The secret of change, is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

What are you doing ?

Remain/ Stay at your comfort

Or

Thriving to Shift the Tempo Change

Our Countdown was already started right from the moment we took birth. Now, it's high time to act so seriously.

Because of Changes we couldn't have seen butterflies makes.

Bottom-Line :- One day or Day One -> You Decide , Your Tempo

Awakened Dreams
ANOM WARBHUVAN

" Don't dream Dreams , dream Reality . " - Mine

An autocorrect feature of dreams is , it should be accomplished.

Rather than just dreaming about it ,make your dreamy actions happen

which is visibly seen by naked eye .

Dreaming should be followed by actionable time which is

bound to happen today nor tomorrow not in a week nor in a year .

Dreams can make you time travel backwards in your made up imaginary worlds

for yourself . Just get out of the dreamy metaverse of yours because

an Awakened dreamer never lets his/her growth stop . He/ She flips

the graph upside down to turn the situation in his/her way.

Best Mantra :

Whatever is on your mind ?

Do it

Finish it till day ends.

There's no one stopping you except yourself.

Bottom-Line :- Don't let your ass sleep.

Exciting Goals
ANOM WARBHUVAN

"The aversion of failure of not reaching the goal is much stronger than the desire to achieve it." - Daniel Kahneman

Attain goals which excite you ; which inspire you.

External motivations might work for a while, but if we're not getting something intrinsic from the goal, we'll lose interest. Go with what excites you.

If you don't find your goals personally compelling, you won't have the motivation to push through when the things get tough or tedious.

Just be honest with yourself. Ask , " Does this goal inspire me ? "or "Does it engage my heart ? "

Only an exciting goal can access the internal motivation you need to stay the course and achieve your goal.

I'm not saying we should set goals that are crazy. I am saying we should set goals that stretch us and challenge us.

You need to set goals that are relevant to your actual circumstances and true interests. If we're working against ourselves , we'll definitely experience heartburn . So, think about it.

Bottom-Line : Your What needs a Why

Regret
ANOM WARBHUVAN

"If you have no regrets, or you intentionally set out to live without regrets, I think you're missing the very value of target." - Brene Brown

Unhelpful use of regret : self condemnation . "The delta between I am a Failure and I failed up may look small" , "but in fact it's huge."

We are all fallible (likely to make mistakes). So, if you believe you are a failure you will never run out of proof. Regret can work in us like a moral compass, signalling us when we've veered off the path. So, if regret bomb blows up in your life , reevaluate and reorient your priorities.'

Bottom-Line : Regret is a Road-Sign not a Road-Block
